Wong is reinventing favorite childhood treats with a twist of humor.   “Not Fried Chicken” contains a chocolate-covered cookie “bone” and a coating of caramelized white chocolate and crushed corn flakes to resemble that crispy golden exterior of fried chicken. Wong uses high-quality locally sourced dairy products, eggs, and other ingredients in her ice cream.   Many people on Facebook and Twitter had a lot to say about the fried chicken ice cream bar.
