Loaded Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pie

Loaded Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pie

Ingredients

Pie Crust:
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Pie Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Raw Rev Glo Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Vegan Protein Bar, diced small
  • 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
Toppings:
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup thick chocolate syrup

  1. Make Crust: Add the chocolate sandwich cookies to a food processor and grind into fine crumbs. You do not need to remove the filling.
  2. Add the chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs to a bowl and combine with the melted butter.
  3. Pour the mixture into your pie pan and press into an even layer on the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Freeze it for 30 minutes before adding your filling.
  5. Make Pie filling: Beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth.
  6. Fold in the Raw Rev Glo Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Vegan Protein Bar and whipped topping with a spatula.
  7. Spoon peanut butter pie filling over the chocolate crust.
  8. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Top with chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips and drizzle with a thick chocolate sauce.
